Jeffrey L. Ballard, M.D., R.V.T., FACS is a Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon who primarily practices at St. Joseph Hospital of Orange, CA. Dr. Ballard offers comprehensive care for all problems of the arterial and venous systems. His areas of expertise include carotid artery surgery, aortoiliac occlusive disease, complex aortic, mesenteric and renal artery reconstruction, thoracoabdominal and abdominal aortic aneurysm and dissection repair, as well as thoracic and abdominal aortic endovascular aneurysm repair. He has special interest in treating vascular problems in high performance athletes such as thoracic outlet syndrome, iliac artery endofibrosis, popliteal artery entrapment and chronic compartment syndrome. Kellyn Perham, MMS, PA-C is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the CA, Physician Assistant Board. Kellyn completed her undergraduate education at Vanguard University and then earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Chapman University. She joined SCVA in 2022. Kellyn places great value in delivering exceptional medical care, making sure patients are educated and at the center of the decision-making process. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, most recently to Peru hiking Machu Picchu, cooking for friends & family, and spending time with her church community.
